The 2015 NOW Conference was a big success for the 3rd year in a row! With an attendance of 438, Berkeley staff had a wonderful opportunity to learn from expert presenters, get individual career coaching, and network with their peers. The day started with Chancellor Dirks welcoming staff to the conference and a keynote from our own Barinder Dillon-Flanagan.
In the course of the day, many pearls of wisdom were shared, including:
David Zweig, author of Invisibles: The Power of Anonymous Work in an Age Relentless Self Promotion, delivered the afternoon keynote and followed up with a Q&A.
Your 2015 planning committee, (from left to right) Aleah Warren, Sid Reel, Jenny Kwon, Cristina Bentley, Inette Dishler, Wilmer Castro, Chris McLean, and Terrie Moore, says “Thanks for coming and see you next year!”
