Two minds are better than one.
Pairing is a common technique in agile, whether it’s paired programming or paired teaching, as in the UC Extension Agile courses.
What to do:
Get a buddy and work on something together at the time same time.
When to try it:
- Cross Training
- Writing Communication/Documents
- Creating a presentation
Why it works:
By pairing, you have someone to bounce ideas off of. By constructively questioning and challenging each other, you can also push each other to be more creative and perhaps think of something neither of your thought of previously.
