Workshop dates for Winter/Spring 2017 are now available for the KEYS Supervisory Training Program…
The KEYS program is designed for new supervisors and managers, as well as existing supervisors and managers who want to hone their supervisory skills.
To enable maximum flexibility for participation, KEYS consists of a multi-track set of workshops which offers participants the option of attending one workshop, a series of workshops, an entire track, or the whole program, depending on their individual needs. Built into the program are opportunities for participants to utilize online learning, practice skills through on-the-job application, and take away a toolkit of resources.
