Welcome to the Wisdom Café, your online learning community! This is the place for Berkeley staff to learn from and share with each other. You will find content in several categories that are intended to help you enhance your skills and knowledge, be more effective in your job, make greater contributions to our organization, and stimulate your thinking and growth.

The ultimate value and robustness of the site depends on our community and how much participation we get. You are invited, and strongly encouraged, to join in. There are many ways you can participate – submit articles, recommend videos or readings, “like” what you see, join the Twitter stream, share your career story, write a blog post, give advice to fellow staff on how to use tools and systems, pose and answer questions, etc.

Please review our community guidelines to learn more about the expectations for community participants.

We are excited to share this site with you. For questions or feedback, please contact us.

Live and Learn!
